Sands is the prosecutor who was EXPLICITLY warned in an email by the police about the very illegal who murdered Stephanie Minter. The cops didn't want him freed.

He wanted to talk to the person who made the decision to ignore the police and allow the violent illegal who had already committed multiple crimes (some of them violent) and let him loose on the streets of Fairfax County.
Jenna Sands also agreed to release the adult illegal alien student who groped many adolescent girls in a Fairfax high school, but fortunately the judge refused release.
