Democrats are in the midst of yet another trouncing of the democracy they laughably claim to care so much about. Democrats who voted for Graham Platner as their U.S. Senate candidate will now have one chosen for them by party elites during a hastily thrown-together convention. Last week, Platner officially withdrew from the Maine U.S. Senate race against Republican incumbent Susan Collins. The self-inflicted chaos could have been avoided if Democrats had only acknowledged the seriousness of the laundry list of Platner’s offenses, including his Nazi chest tattoo. Democrat attention craver Ro Khanna says ‘we all should have seen the signs earlier.’ Dude, you did see the gigantic flashing neon sign signaling that Platner was a horrible candidate. You chose to ignore it.
Here’s Khanna acting like Platner’s numerous negatives snuck up on him and his party. (WATCH)
Khanna, before: Platner has asked for redemption. He says he's transformed and I believe him.
— Western Lensman (@WesternLensman) July 12, 2026
Khanna, now: If there's some self-reflection needed, it's that *we all* need to see the signs earlier.
So now Platner was a "we" problem. Amazing.
No bigger fraud in politics. pic.twitter.com/91jP6UcXzJ

This moron is quickly making a strong push to take the mantle of biggest freaking idiot in DC.
— John Paul Jones (@rockjunk6) July 12, 2026
Which is really saying something when looking at his competition.
Khanna trying to rewrite his party's recent history with Platner is hilarious. The signs were everywhere.
What a fraud. "see the signs earlier"
— Ellie A (@EllieGAnders) July 12, 2026
The signs were there. They ignored them.
"We covered for everything until it became so problematic that he could no longer win"
— Western Lensman (@WesternLensman) July 12, 2026
That's exactly what happened.
— Ellie A (@EllieGAnders) July 12, 2026
He would still be the candidate, even with his Nazi ink and sexual assault allegations, if his internal polling numbers had been better.
Commenters say Khanna and his Democrat Party’s ‘reality blindness’ is not a ‘we’ problem.
The signs?!? They were there, like we have been saying, they just didn’t want to see them

"We all" missed it. Everyone.

- Ro Khanna
If only we had seen the signs earlier ….he seemed like such a good Nazi…. pic.twitter.com/fW2D4iExcl

@RoKhanna WE saw the signs the 1st of which was a nazi tattoo proudly displayed until he was called on it & so did you. You just chose to ignore it until the polls said he wouldn't win. Suddenly your eyes are wide open. Oh my! Now you have to pretend like you didn't. Sleezebag.

many of us did see the signs earlier. and called them out. but that fell on deaf ears for ro and others. it's not a 'we' problem. it's a 'they' problem. we can't do any more than point out the issue and then say 'i told you so' afterwards if they refuse to see it
— davi73tech (@davi73tech) July 12, 2026
do better, ro
“WE ALL” saw the signs from the very start, Ro.

This is a “YOU problem.” 😒
Definitely a Khanna (‘you’) and Democrat Party (‘they’) problem.
Khanna has been trying to raise his media profile.
He loves the camera.
— YellowJacket (@YellowJ01650816) July 12, 2026
Everything he does is calculated for maximum media exposure and pursuit of power. Will do or say anything.
— Western Lensman (@WesternLensman) July 12, 2026
Yes, Khanna initially sold himself as a moderate. But each time he appears on screen, he firmly establishes himself as a far-left extremist. He’s rumored to be gunning for the White House. Not sure how he can make the long trip from California to D.C., since he clearly doesn’t pay attention to signs.
