A new Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas working paper is straight-up saying what a lot of us have been screaming for years: Biden’s illegal immigrant wave drove up home prices by about 30% and rents by 20% in the average metro area between early 2021 and early 2024.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know, I'm not supposed to say that because it makes me racist or xenophobic or some other happy horse crap, but the reality is, bringing in millions of people and then handing them freebies not only hurts Americans who need help, but takes up housing.
Gosh, almost as if basic math proves this.
Sorry, but MAN, Biden just sucked.
Oh, and we're not talking theory here. Researchers looked at roughly 7 million unauthorized immigrants who flooded in during the Biden years and crunched the numbers using real data.

They found that for every 1% increase in those worker flows, home prices jumped 2.2% and rents climbed 1.4%. Overall, home prices rose about 22% and rents 23% during that stretch — and this surge explained nearly a third of the price spike and a fifth of the rent explosion.
Supply and demand ain’t rocket science, people. Millions of new bodies needing roofs, while Biden’s crew was busy virtue-signaling instead of building homes or securing the border. Young Americans trying to buy their first house? Getting priced out by policies that treated the border like an open spigot. Families watching their rent skyrocket? Same story.
This wasn’t some accident of bad timing. It was the predictable result of open-border insanity that treated American taxpayers like an afterthought. Now the data’s in black and white from a Fed working paper, and the message is crystal clear: mass deportations aren’t just about security or rule of law — they’re about giving regular Americans a fighting chance at the American Dream again.
