We’ve got folks losing their minds over a UFC fighter at a White House event calling Michelle Obama a man.
Suddenly it’s a national emergency.
Demands for condemnations. Hand-wringing about 'decency.' The whole production.
Pardon me while I roll TF out of my eyes. I'm sorry, but if the Left wants me to feel bad about what a UFC fighter said about Michelle Obama, they should get started on holding their own accountable for the way they treat women on the Right. Specifically, Melania Trump.
Her accent, her modeling background, her choices as a mom and wife—they went after all of it with glee. No pearl-clutching then. No calls for everyone to denounce it. It was just 'punching up' or 'satire' or whatever excuse they needed that day.
This montage pissed me off ... it will likely piss you off as well.

Meanwhile here are Democrats & MSM mocking & making fun of Melania Trump. pic.twitter.com/sMbAa01Luo
As a wife and mom myself, that double standard hits different. Melania carried herself with class through eight years of nonstop attacks, protecting her family while the spotlight was brutal. She didn’t deserve the cheap shots any more than any other First Lady does.
But apparently the rules only apply when it’s convenient.
I’ve always believed in fighting with a smile and telling the truth without apology—that’s the Happy Warrior way. Pointing out hypocrisy isn’t mean; it’s necessary. If we’re serious about respect for women in public life, it can’t be one-sided. You don’t get to demand everyone tiptoe around one former First Lady while you spent years dragging another through the mud.
The post nailed it without needing a single extra word.
