The last person I'd look to for 'credibility' when it comes to talking about leadership in our country is Nancy Pelosi's play toy, Michael Fanone. I get it, The Bulwark is still trying to sell this guy as a hero, but the more we learn about that day and the people behind it (and about Fanone himself), the more we realize he's far from a hero.
Heroes don't write books exploiting events for money, go on the circuit, start doing talk shows, and then beg people for more money via a GoFundMe, WHICH incidentally raised hundreds of thousands for his family.
Something else heroes don't do is smear service members who are no longer alive to defend themselves.
This guy is a real piece of ... work:
