I can't help but notice our pals on the Left suddenly like Republicans like W., Romney, Ryan ... you know, Republicans who were more than happy to allow them to get away with rigging the game. Democrats likely got used to playing by their own rules because soft Republicans cared more about being the adults in the room than they did actually doing a damn thing to help this country.
In other words, they were ok with losing if it meant they could still pretend they were true statesmen. Meanwhile, Democrats were busy ballot-harvesting, gerrymandering, and forcing mail-in ballots that ultimately made it very difficult for any Republican to win.
And not just in blue states, but even in some red states.
Then, along came Donald Trump, who was more than happy to call Democrats out on their BS and then beat them at their own game, which is really what they hate about him. Oh, they claim it's about his being racist or sexist or xenophobic ... it's because he's better at this whole game than they are.
Trump has a spine.
