They're now trying to make a case that the unborn are a protected class and deserve citizenship.
The same children they have been insisting aren't alive or even human for decades to fuel and support their anti-life agenda.

So much of the Left's agenda is pretend and make-believe, which allows them to go from issue to issue without ever really making sense. I do enjoy pointing out however for this injunction to actually work, the Left would be admitting the unborn are alive and human beings.
