Remember when GOP governors started busing migrants to the sanctuary cities of Washington, D.C., and New York City? And then heads exploded when Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis flew 48 migrants to Martha’s Vineyard. DeSantis was accused of kidnapping and human trafficking. The Bulwark argued that Christians should be HORRIFIED by what DeSantis did. Sen. Elizabeth Warren called it “repulsive and cruel.” A clown from Media Matters called it “depraved stuff.” John Berman and Ken Burns discussed parallels to the Holocaust.
But did DeSantis really “kidnap” these migrants? Or did he show them a welcome flyer from Massachusetts promising migrants housing and jobs? U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Chris Magnus testified that news of those buses and airplanes has become a “pull factor,” enticing more migrants to cross the border so they, too, can enjoy that repulsive and cruel relocation.

Magnus said social media plays a part in the problem because it is enticing “when migrants hear that there are buses that will take them to locations where they are told they will receive benefits and jobs.” No way? So he’s saying that these migrants actually wanted to be transported to cities like New York and Chicago and Boston? They’re not being “kidnapped”?
Yes, relocating them to sanctuary cities is a "pull". So stop being sanctuary cities.

“The Biden admin's top border official says that relocating migrants from the southern border to other parts of the U.S. is enticing other migrants to come after they hear about these programs,” since they’d get secure free drives or flights to other US locations!

Lol, yes it's the Republicans fault we have unprecedented increase of border crossing. Not Biden policies like reversing remain in Mexico, lowest level of deportations. Nothing to see here folks.

😄😂🤣 What a moron.
"GOP relocation busses are drawing in more migrants!"
"So, it has nothing to do with the Administration's failure to turn the majority of those migrants away?"
"Of course not. Nor do the busses from Democratic El Paso have anything to do with it."
— Ne Plus Ultra .. personal responsibility matters (@NePlus4aiv) October 8, 2022
So migrants have been getting on the buses voluntarily because these sanctuary cities have promised benefits and jobs — and now the sanctuary cities are saying they’re overrun. And as Speaker Nancy Pelosi told us, if all of the migrants are shipped north, who’ll pick all the crops?
