I'm not sure there is anything in this world that would make me laugh more than watching Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez trying to explain to Joy Reid who Trump supporters really are and what we think. I especially got a kick out of how she thought us lowly Trump voters didn't really think mean old Trump would actually deport millions of illegals. Like, give me a break, Sandy. In fact, besides the economy, removing the illegals from our country was one of Trump's most popular campaign promises.
We absolutely did expect him to do this.
And we still do.

Side note, I keep seeing people talk about how AOC looks pregnant. It does seem like we are only seeing her really from the chest up and there is some puffiness but ya' know, she's making bank these days and sometimes when there's money the pounds follow. Oh calm down, I'm not saying she looks fat.

Even if he only does some big (albeit fractional) deportations in year one, that would have a real chilling effect on the influx of illegal immigrants.

He absolutely led with mass deportations. If he had led with "first we'll try a legal pathway to citizenship" he *may* have won the EC... but he never would have won the popular vote.

Americans are tired of being told they're bad guys for wanting their borders secure and their laws obeyed. Even today, as the Laken Riley case is in court (which is horrible, by the way, I couldn't listen for long), Democrats still don't get it.
And until they do, they'll keep losing.
