In case you have an actual life away from all of this nonsense and missed it, Tim Walz and AOC played Madden on Sunday as a way to draw in younger men to vote for Kamala Harris. It's true. Now, clearly the person(s) responsible is completely unfamiliar with football schedules because they were playing at the same time most Americans who enjoy football were actually WATCHING football. It was even the 'witching hour' which in the NFL references the final hour of the 1 p.m. ET slate of games, where multiple contests are finishing up around the same time and can cause loads of drama simultaneously.
And while there is no exact time that the witching hour begins, it typically occurs between 3 and 4 p.m. ET ... when the two morons who obviously don't know anything about football were playing.
Now, this was incredibly embarrassing for Walz who has claimed he was at one point a football coach. They even posted a picture of Walz holding his game controller getting ready to go ...

Fake, fake fake fake. Now, this was of course a photo-op BUT understanding my own limits with gaming I spoke to my Gen-Z, 17-year-old son who is an expert on these things about it. This is how it basically went:
Me: Son, you have a second?
Son: I guess?
Me: Can you look at this picture for me?
Son: *looks* Why are you showing me a picture of Tim Walz holding a controller?
Me: Well, he claimed he was playing Madden.
Son: *looking annoyed*: Mom, his controller isn't even on, you know that, right?
Me: I guess?
Son: Lame photo-op. This guy isn't a gamer ... nobody is going to fall for that crap.
And then he wandered off down the hall laughing because he knew I was going to write about this. Sure, he told me I should focus on more important things like the news story about Walz and his Chinese Communist girlfriend but still. I know, plenty of people will assume I'm making this exchange up but my son is super conservative and not because I or his dad have forced it on him. He's decided to major in political science and is one of the most informed young men I know.
More informed than even me on some things.
So, long story short (I know, too late), the very demographic they were trying to reach with their cute little stunt thought it was dumb and embarrassing. Perhaps Democrats should just accept they've done too much damage to men, especially young men, and focus on the pro-abort blue-hairs.
