Healing the Soul of the Nation: DHS Says Trump Supporters, Military and Religious Are Domestic Terrorists

AP Photo/Evan Vucci

When someone tells you who they are, believe them.

When they show you who they are, take them very, very seriously.

I've written before about the Biden administration who has classified traditional Catholics, military service members, and concerned parents at school board meetings as 'domestic terrorists' (and then lie about it, too).

So it's not really a surprise the Department of Homeland Security (thanks for that, George W. Bush)

More from Fox News:

AFL President Stephen Miller said the documents "reveal a shocking Biden plan to mobilize government power against Trump supporters ahead of the election."

Asked whether the White House belies Trump supporters, military personnel, or those who are religious pose a significant threat to the U.S., White House deputy press secretary Andrew Bates told Fox News Digital, "No."

Bates referred Fox News to DHS for more information. DHS did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.

On Thursday, AFL released documents pertaining to how the board discussed efforts to "get into local communities in a non-threatening way."

Here's the thread from America First Legal (AFL), by the way.

Biden ran on 'healing the soul of the nation' and 'restoring norms'.

Jill Biden -- when she wasn't dragging her clearly dementia-riddled husband through the campaign trail -- assured us decency was on the ballot.

This latest release of internal documents reveals what 'healing the soul of the nation' looks like: punishing political enemies, and classifying them as 'domestic terrorists.'

If -- as the Biden administration asserts -- holding Catholic beliefs, serving in the military, or supporting president Trump makes you a domestic terror threat, what is their solution?

Mass imprisonment? Levying the charge of 'domestic terrorism' against a group is a serious one with serious implications. It implies they expect these groups to engage in violent crime at some point.

To what lengths will they go to stop this supposed threat?

It is also the height of hypocrisy, and a clear political ploy. This administration is part of the Democratic Party -- a party that has made it very clear they have no intention of prosecuting actual crime or enforcing the numerous laws we have on the books, covering everything from illegal immigration to gun crime to theft.

They routinely ignore crime in their cities, encourage acts of actual domestic terrorism (like blocking the roads and launching balloons outside airports). The BLM/Antifa riots in 2020 were 'speech', but January 6 was a 'violent insurrection' that has seen participants sentenced to a collective 840 years in prison (something the president bragged about).

And what about Trump supporters makes them 'domestic terrorists'? The act of voting for Trump is enough to make us domestic terrorists? What about donating to his campaign, or writing a favorable article about him?

Those are all things I've done or plan to do (I'm also a traditional Catholic who supports school choice) -- does that make me a domestic terrorist, Mr. President? If so, why?

What threat do I pose to you, or this nation?

And what's a suitable punishment for a single mom of three whose only crime is not being a Democratic Party sycophant?

If we had an actual group of journalists, they'd ask these questions -- and keep asking them. The denial from deputy press secretary Andrew Bates is not reassuring.

We've seen this administration go back to the 'Right-wingers are domestic terrorists' well too many times to trust anything that comes from the White House.

And the only way to stop this from happening under another Biden term is to vote them all out.
