When I was a kid, Sesame Street was magic. They talked about reading and writing, and numbers, and made learning fun. And sure, they touched on the importance of being kind to and accepting of one another BUT it wasn't this ridiculous woke mess of muppets and progressive talking points that we see today.
The things they taught us were for kids, simple things like treat others as you wish to be treated and share, etc.
They weren't pushing us to talk about gender or to question our identity because WE WERE FREAKING KIDS.
And the show is still for kids ... so I don't get why they thought it was appropriate to post anything celebrating PRIDE Month. Is it really that hard to leave kids alone?

What? Dealing with adult themes as children doesn't make one feel loved or respected.
It makes one feel confused and uncomfortable.
