Full disclosure, complete transparency, and yes, an absolute attempt to cover our backsides --> we can neither confirm nor deny that anything in this post about Mark Cuban and Dirk Nowitzki's brother is true. We don't even know for sure if there is a lawsuit.
That being said, when we saw this crazy post cross our timeline we knew we had to at least share it with our readers, especially since Cuban has been working super hard to make a name for himself politically. This seems like a big deal, if it's true. Considering how many conspiracy theories and straight-up 'made up' stories we've seen in the past decade, we definitely are taking this claim with a YUGE grain of salt.
The YUGEST.
As should you.
That being said ... woof. Check this out.
Someone should ask Mark Cuban why Dirk Nowitzki’s ‘brother’ filed a lawsuit against him, alleging that during a drunken night, Mark made an inappropriate move on him and claimed that Barack Obama was born in Kenya.

“[Marc Cuban] He put his tongue in my ear, and put his hands… pic.twitter.com/GUk5zbqm7Q
His post continues:
... , and put his hands down my pants. I jumped up humiliated and told him I’m not gay.”
“Cuban and Barack went into the Oval Office, and Cuban told me that Barack told Cuban that he was not a U.S. citizen, but in fact born in Kenya.”
See what we mean? YIKES.
We feel like we have to say this one more time, we can neither confirm nor deny if this lawsuit even exists, but if it does ... HOOBOY.

Ahem.
We'll keep an eye on this one and update as we find out more - especially if this is not true. If it is true? Yeah.
Wow.
ALL the wow.
