Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez doesn’t seem to be making a whole lot of friends with actual politicians and elected officials from all political persuasions. First she protested in Nancy Pelosi’s office and now she’s snapping at Joe Lieberman on Twitter for voicing concerns about her being the future of the Democratic Party. While the Left is busy pretending she’s a female Obama, actual Democrats, Moderates, and Independents are concerned … and they should be.
White left-of-center women who helped hand the House over to the Democrats don’t want to be taxed at 70%. No sane person does.
Trust us.
And of course, the fact Lieberman isn’t kissing AOC’s ring was seen as an insult and the thin-skinned, Prima donna just couldn’t deal.
New party, who dis? https://t.co/2cznisv8tB

Have fun with that, Joe.
From The Hill:
Former Sen. Joe Lieberman (I-Conn.) said Thursday he’s hopeful Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) is not the future of the Democratic Party, arguing it must remain closer to the political center in order to have broader appeal.
“With all respect, I certainly hope she’s not the future and I don’t believe she is,” Lieberman said told host Neil Cavuto on Fox Business News.
“She’s gotten a lot of attention because she’s different. She’s controversial,” Lieberman continued. “But if you look at the majority of new Democrats in the House, they tend to be, I say, center-left, if they are not left-left. And that is because they had to be center-left to win some of those competitive swing districts that they took from Republicans.”
In other words, batsh*t crazy sells on Twitter but maybe not in the real world.

There is a definite riff on the Left, much like what we saw on the Right when Trump announced he was running for president. We’ve been saying Alexandria is the Socialist/Democratic Trump with better hair … and when you look at how a ton of blue-check Lefties reacted to Lieberman there is no doubt.
They are a cult.
Ocasio-Cortez and everyone born after 1985: “Who in the hell is Joe Lieberman?” https://t.co/DJYrDyawPC

But of course Shannon Watts is a fan.
HA HA HA HA HA HA HA.
Does anyone in the Democratic Party care what Joe Lieberman thinks? https://t.co/fbzV4RWJGY
— Renato Mariotti (@renato_mariotti) January 11, 2019
Actually, this guy would be surprised how many do.
Joe Lieberman isn’t even a Democrat, so there’s that. https://t.co/IfwMd9LVo8

True story, he’s an Independent.
Which Democrats will definitely need if they want to beat Trump in 2020 but we digress.
Joe Lieberman needs to crawl back into whatever hole he comes from—the revolution is coming whether his elitist behind likes it or not https://t.co/UoxVl9iPbb
— Jordan (@JordanChariton) January 11, 2019
Revolution?
Yeah … no.
No but seriously Joe Lieberman is the worst person in the world.
— David Roberts (@drvox) January 11, 2019
Wow. The WORST person in the world?
Man, Democrats are so freakin’ emotional.
This is where Joe Lieberman always wanted to be: Arguing in absentia with a politician 47 years younger than him, as his 2006 primary opponent becomes governor of his home state. https://t.co/dhpzMpXwoj

Hilarious for Joe Lieberman to attack Ocasio. I mean, unlike Lieberman, Ocasio could win her primary.

2020 is going to be SO entertaining.
LIT even.
