Look, as an American who is a Christian first and is very concerned about how culture and politics are currently going, I understand why some people might feel the urge to go to a country where the alphabet mafia and radical Muslims aren't taking over one whole political party. I get it. I'm concerned.
They quit the West for Russia's traditional values, but it wasn't what they expected https://t.co/XCt8k5uGlm

I'm just not sure why people see Russia as a solution. They have a clear history of human right's violations and it certainly doesn't seem most Russians are practicing Christianity in the same way American conservatives see fit.
For example, most babies in Russia are born to single mothers, there is a great deal of alcoholism and abortion is wide spread. Sorry, I don't see that as any kind of utopia.
The father of three threw himself into his new life: sampling dumplings , milking goats on a farm and filming videos about life in Russia for his online followers.
Leo is a devout Christian who had become increasingly disillusioned with everything from political division in the US, to genetically modified food and what he sees as the rise of the LGBTQ movement.
At the time, he believed Russia offered an attractive alternative: a society built on Christian faith and family values – a view heavily promoted by the Russian state.
But over time he has also become increasingly concerned about elements such as restrictions on access to information.
Basically, this guy's whole family is in shambles. He and his wife are no longer living together in Russia, his older children have returned home to the United States, and he was conned out of his life's savings. What a mess.

“You’re safe now. The laissez-faire economics of Hayek and Friedman can’t reach you here”
“No I mean Neoliberalism in the sense of women not matching with me on Hinge”
“Oh well Russia doesn’t legislate against that kind of Neoliberalism” https://t.co/hhhUbmnF8v pic.twitter.com/tHK9I3IfhN
There was also a guy who met a woman on a dating app who moved to Russia and found out he's not easily blending in and finding a community of other Christians. He really doesn't recommend the move. Duh.
If you are looking for a more traditional lifestyle involving outhouses, grinding poverty, and a GDP smaller than that of individual US states, Russia is the place for you https://t.co/hu6wsETF65

Or you can move to parts of Appalachia and probably find some of that. At least you are still in America. I say that with all the love in my heart for Eastern Kentucky. My Dad was born there. Our government stole all their ways to earn a living and offered them no assistance. They were abandoned because they were white and poor.

I see their way of thinking. I believe Americans are being willfully ignorant about the dangers of radical Islam in our country and its goals. They are already taking over whole cities in Texas and Minnesota, and the Mayor of New York is successfully getting more of his candidates elected at all levels of government. It's happening quickly. I read about Greece limiting mosques and admittedly, that sounded nice. I see why some Americans are thinking about what's next because it seems there is no way to wake up our population who just don't seem to care.

Don't ever listen to paid ambassadors.
Keep praying for America and let's do what we can for as long as we can to fight for important family values. Maybe we can leave a few pockets of sanity for our children.
