Republican presidential candidate Ron DeSantis is becoming quite the serial kidnapper. Once, when he had black children on stage with him holding up anti-critical race theory signs, MSNBC’s Joy Reid declared, “This is actionable kidnapping.” And then there was that time he flew fewer than 50 migrants to the sanctuary city that is Martha’s Vineyard. Busybody California Gov. Gavin Newsom wrote a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland asking the DOJ to consider kidnapping charges against DeSantis.
And as Twitchy reported Monday, Newsom cited California’s criminal code and alleged DeSantis of kidnapping migrants and flying them to the sanctuary city of Sacramento.
.@RonDeSantis you small, pathetic man.
This isn't Martha's Vineyard.
Kidnapping charges?

Yeah, that whole “kidnapping” thing was debunked back in September, when a CNN reporter talked to the immigrants and they all said they were happy to make the trip north. Nobody is “forcing” illegal immigrants to get on buses and planes — they’re happy for the free travel to sanctuary cities that have promised housing and jobs for them. Maybe cities like New York should be charged with false advertising, persuading migrants to come there with the promise of shelter and work.
Law professor Lawrence Tribe thinks Newsom is onto something, courtesy of a report in the New York Times.
DeSantis’s silence on these charges of kidnapping and other serious felonies is utterly deafening — and damning https://t.co/43VgEsY7dN

“Utterly deafening.” You tool, he explained it when it happened.

There's no response necessary because the charges themselves are moronic. The Left's "criminalization" of political disagreement is what's "damning."

Lol. Who are the people who take this clown seriously?

Because none of it is true and not worth any attention?

That's because those charges are idiotic. https://t.co/L0xD1CE4yv

But… it's not kidnapping. https://t.co/1LlVcxjNNq

GP It's utterly damning you think a crime has been committed by anyone other than the illegal aliens. https://t.co/CYNz12SNas

Lawrence Tribe’s silence on the accusations he beat his wife are utterly deafening and damning.
See how that works Larry? Someone makes a statement they know is false and then makes someone not talking about the lie a story.

Clowns like Newsom float ideas like “kidnapping,” and the New York Times dutifully writes up an article about DeSantis’ “silence” on the kidnapping “charges.”
Are they going to arrest Barack Obama for flying illegal immigrants all over the country?
