As you’ve no doubt heard by now, Martha’s Vineyard was hit with a “humanitarian crisis” Thursday after Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis flew around 50 illegal immigrants, most from Venezuela, into the airport there. We thought Martha’s Vineyard was a nice community, but apparently leaving migrants there is cruel and inhumane, “depraved,” and “sick and dehumanizing.”
As Twitchy reported, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was disgusted with DeSantis for abandoning these poor migrants on the mean streets of Martha’s Vineyard. This is the same island where Barack Obama had people flying in on private jets to attend his 600-person 60th birthday party.
Florida gubernatorial candidate Charlie Crist held a news conference over Zoom to talk about DeSantis’ “inhumane” treatment of migrants, but he didn’t have much to offer on what to do about the situation at the border.

I don’t get what the issue is. Most Americans have never had the pleasure of visiting Martha’s Vineyard. It’s a beautiful place. Those illegals are in heaven right now. That is if the good people of MV will let them roam around.
