Oh, look. Here's another way Joe Biden is trying to screw over Donald Trump and his incoming administration: trying to 'permanently' ban some more offshore drilling.
Truly, Joe Biden is awful. Corrupt and rotten to the core.

President Joe Biden is preparing to issue a decree permanently banning new offshore oil and gas development in some US coastal waters, locking in difficult-to-revoke protections for sensitive marine areas during his final weeks in the White House.
Biden is set within days to issue the executive order barring the sale of new drilling rights in portions of the country’s outer continental shelf, according to people familiar with the effort who asked not to be named because the decision isn’t public.
The move is certain to complicate President-elect Donald Trump’s ambitions to drive more domestic energy production. Unlike other executive actions that can be easily undone, Biden’s planned declaration is rooted in a 72-year-old law that gives the White House wide discretion to permanently protect US waters from oil and gas leasing without explicitly empowering presidents to revoke the designations.
This is the Left's game: they make (or break) rules depending on what best serves their political agenda.
They forget one very important thing, though: they will not always be in charge, and the other side gets to move and shoot, too.
Rather, in their fervor for unfettered partisan power, they do things like get rid of the filibuster to cement one-party rule in a 50-50 Senate. When they did away with the filibuster for lower court judicial appointments in 2013, they never imagined it would be used against them. But it was. Just four years later, the GOP majority Senate did away with the minority filibuster for Supreme Court appointments and now we have a conservative majority on SCOTUS.
Whoops.
Now Joe Biden is trying to hamstring the incoming Trump administration and -- in turn -- harm Americans who are struggling to pay their bills already (thanks to Biden's economic policy failures). Biden is saddling us with higher energy costs, fewer well-paying jobs, and energy independence.
The thing is: Joe Biden doesn't care. In fact, harming us through higher energy costs is part of his payback for his ouster from office.
But administrations come and go, and not only will the Trump administration work to undo this move, Joe Biden has also open wide the door for Donald Trump to do something similar on his way out the door: attempt to enact permanent decrees meant to hamper the work of the incoming Democratic administration. Trump would be in the right.
Make the Left play by their own rules. They hate it.
Yet, it he did that, the media would portray Trump as a dictator, a tyrant who is exacting authoritarian power to harm a democratically elected successor.
They're largely silent on Biden doing the same or praising his foresight. Because they are partisan hacks.
The American people voted. Joe Biden lost the election vis a vis Kamala Harris. This means Donald Trump has a mandate to enact his agenda, just as the Left would argue Kamala had a mandate if she'd won.
Joe Biden -- well, Jill Biden at least -- warned us that 'decency' was on the ballot before we elected her husband. Who happened to be the most corrupt, petty, and indecent man to ever occupy the White House (and given some of the things we've learned about Jimmy Carter in the last few days, that's quite the accomplishment).
There is nothing decent, adult, or democratic about enacting decrees meant to prevent the other administration from enacting their agenda.
