I mean c'mon, it's been what, 48 hours since the news broke about her husband Doug Emhoff slapping his ex-girlfriend around in public? Surely you'd think even Salon would have figured out how to read a room by now but then again, maybe not. I mean, it is Salon and I get it, they desperately need to change the current narrative because it's NOT good for the woman who has created an entire career from checking off the right boxes but still.
