I checked the Montgomery County docket. Brett Kavanaugh's mother was the judge on a house foreclosure case that appears to be the accuser's parents.

FYI, in that court they use a constantly rotating group of judges to preside. That's what they do today, and they appear to be doing the same thing back then. So judge A would be the presiding judge for around six months, then judge B, then judge C and so on. Fwiw
