We imagine they’ll come out with some sort of excuse (illness, conflict, something believable to the people desperate for this sideshow to actually matter) but the timing of this is certainly interesting. You know, right after the chairman of the committee said no referral for criminal charges against Trump, and then Liz Cheney contradicted him on Twitter?
