ABC apparently ran an ad for New Faces GOP that some on the Left found objectionable.
In other words, New Faces GOP ran a brutally honest ad about the dangers of socialism and Lefties lost their freakin’ minds over it.
Here’s the ad:
We have a choice: Will we let socialists like @AOC be the face of our future? Or will a new generation of conservatives step up & lead us? We're launching New Faces GOP to help identify & support the next generation of GOP leaders. Learn more: https://t.co/UrarCUSAIl pic.twitter.com/LgwTrS8En6

Basically socialism sucks.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, whether she likes it or not, has become the face of Socialist Democrats aka socialism.
And speaking of AOC, she clearly missed the point of the ad because she not only thinks Republicans ran it (they didn’t) but she also seems to think it was about racism and pandering to white supremacists.
Republicans are running TV ads setting pictures of me on fire to convince people they aren’t racist.
Life is weird!
— Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (@AOC) September 13, 2019
That’s not what the ad was trying to convince people of at all.
Know that this wasn’t an ad for young conservatives of color – that was the pretense.
What you just watched was a love letter to the GOP’s white supremacist case. https://t.co/zvp1EB02c5
— Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (@AOC) September 13, 2019
She just doesn’t get it.
Elizabeth Heng, who is neither white nor a white supremacist nor a man nor representative of the GOP, addressed AOC directly:
Not Republicans. Me. Are you really calling me a racist @aoc? I’m calling all Democrats out for supporting an evil ideology. Or are you just in Congress to hang out with celebrities and tweet out ridiculous ideas like the green new deal? https://t.co/w985LYjIZd
— Elizabeth Heng (@ElizabethHeng) September 13, 2019
And of course, no response from the Socialist darling.
A Cambodian woman makes an ad highlighting the Cambodian Genocide/the horrors of socialism and @AOC has the audacity to call it "racist?"
Instead of responding to the content of the ad, #BoycottABC is now trying to bully tv networks into not running it. Wonder why that is? ?? https://t.co/vfTMM2t7fR
— Andrew Surabian (@Surabees) September 13, 2019
Oh yeah, now they want to #BoycottABC over the ad.
Yeah, we made that same face.
We’re not dealing with the brightest crayons in the box, folks.
AOC and Dems are desperate to hold on to power, and will play every card available to ensure that messages opposing their liberal agenda are immediately squashed.

The word "racism" has lost its meaning in current times.
— Modern Punx (@ModernPunx) September 13, 2019
@AOC is a fool. End of discussion.
— James Morgan (@dagoodbadugly) September 13, 2019
She is. Sorry, not sorry.
Was it the best imagery to use? Maybe not. Did it get attention? You bet your arse it did. And let’s be honest, if young Republicans want to compete with groups like the Squad it’s going to take this sort of messaging and in your face politics.
This is going to get interesting, folks.
