We're all very occupied with the presidential election coming up in a few weeks and that makes sense. The stakes on November 5 are enormously high, not just for the White House, but for the Senate, House of Representatives, and state and local elections as well.
But even as Election Day draws near, I wanted to take a timeout from that to show my appreciation to a bunch of brave women who are making huge personal sacrifices to win the war against the gender cult.
Fall is women's volleyball season across America's college campuses. Unfortunately, due to the NCAA's cowardice, San Jose State University (SJSU) is entering this season with a man on their women's team. But something amazing is happening in the Mountain West Conference, of which SJSU is a part.
Women are refusing to compete. Yesterday, the women at the University of Nevada became the fifth school, the fourth in the Mountain West, to forfeit their match against SJSU. The team issued a blistering statement of defiance, putting their safety ahead of their dreams of athletic competition.

But the bravery of these women is even more astounding because they are not simply defying the NCAA, they are defying their own school, which tried to force them to compete.

Outkick had more details on what the school did, and what the women did in response:
The Nevada women's volleyball team held a vote among players and voted to forfeit an Oct. 26 match against San Jose State and transgender player Blaire Fleming, OutKick has exclusively learned.
The Nevada athletic department said in an exclusive statement to OutKick on Oct. 3 that the team would play the scheduled match. However, the school did not consult with the players before making that statement.
'The University of Nevada volleyball team remains focused on its upcoming matches with UNLV and San Diego State and intends to play its remaining Mountain West schedule, including the match with San José State University on October 26,' the statement read.
'The University will continue to abide by the NCAA, Mountain West Conference and USA Volleyball rules and regulations as well as the laws and Constitution of the State of Nevada.'
But most of the Nevada players did not agree with the decision made by the school and decided to take matters into their own hands.Sia Liilii, a senior and one of two captains on the team, told OutKick that players were frustrated when they found out that the school had committed them to playing the match without speaking to them.
'The school released that statement without consulting our team at all,' Liilii said. 'We were pretty upset that we were not made aware that a statement was going to come out.'
Despite the players announcing that they would not participate, the University of Nevada subsequently still said it is planning on moving forward with the match (how is that going to work, exactly, without any players?), but that no student-athletes would be punished for refusing to compete.
Well, that was awfully nice of them. After all, it's not as though women have been MAIMED in the past by being forced to compete against men. Oh, wait ...

As blistering as Riley Gaines was in her condemnation of the university, she was even more effusive in her praise of the women on the Nevada team:
'When college athletes have to vote on whether to play the sport they received scholarships for, it’s a clear sign that the adults responsible for protecting them have failed,' Gaines said in a statement to OutKick.
'I applaud these athletes for setting boundaries and prioritizing their safety over victory. They've shown far more courage and leadership than the president of the university and the President of this country.
'A movement is forming, where athletes take control of their future, reminding us that what's being called ‘progressive’ is actually taking us back in time.'
And that is what this is now. A movement.
Nevada is not the first school to do this, but the fifth. The schools that came before them -- Southern Utah, Boise State, Wyoming, and Utah State -- deserve all the credit in the world, but now with five groups of female athletes standing up for women's rights, this is no longer an exception. As more athletes join in protest, it will become the rule.
And that's a good thing. A great thing.

The 'BOYcott' slogan is clever. And it is also accurate. All women are asking for is their right to compete against women, not men. (Not to mention their right to dress and undress in women's locker rooms and their right to relieve themselves in women's bathrooms.)

Ever since this insanity began, it has long been argued that women refusing to compete was the only way to end it.
To be honest, I never thought that was fair, even if it is true.
It's easy for me or anyone else who is not a female college athlete to sit by and say, 'YOU have to stop this.' But think of what these women have to sacrifice. They have spent their lives working and training for their dream of competition. And now people are telling them they have to give that up to enact change?
That just seems like cruelty (which, of course, is the point of this trans insanity: cruelty.)

Regardless of fairness, however, this is where we are. And women ARE the only ones who can end it, I am sorry to say.
But now that they are standing up en masse and shouting, 'NO!', the least I can do -- the least anyone can do -- is have their backs.
I hope we can all do that much. Because the women at all of these schools, and especially at the University of Nevada, are showing tremendous courage. We should all live up to their example and BOYcott any women's sport that allows men to compete.
That is how they will win. That is how sanity will win. And that is how we all will win.
