President Biden’s trip to Japan for the G7 summit got off to a stumbling and rather confused start. In other words, it was “business as usual” right off the bat:

It’s amazing that Biden’s handlers don’t insist on him holding onto the handrail at this point. But there was also some confusion:
Biden arrives in Japan, gets lost and almost trips before G7 Summit begins.

“Stumbling and confused” are among Biden’s brands, but he also brought his biggest trait to Japan, and that’s the willingness (perhaps it’s more of an instinct at this point after 50 years in polices) to lie his a** off without batting an eye.
During the G7, Biden took credit for the formation of an alliance called “The Quad”:
SHOCK: Biden told the leaders of the G7 that he convinced Australia, Japan, and India to form an organization called the Quad. Prime Minister Kishida had to remind him that Trump actually put the organization together. Oops…pic.twitter.com/YUvnowdtU0

Another whopper from the Liar in Chief? No way!
The Quad was an alliance first formed in 2007 when George W. Bush was president, and re-formed in 2017 when Trump was in the Oval Office. Naturally Biden is now taking credit because he’s absolutely shameless:
BIDEN: "I doubt many people…would've said that two years after being elected, I'd be able to convince India, Australia, Japan, and the United States to form an organization called the Quad."
The Quad was re-established in 2017 under President Trump. pic.twitter.com/TsUHE4TSqA

But don’t take if from me or any Republican-related Twitter accounts. Here’s the Washington Post:
As the White House tries to demonstrate that the war in Ukraine hasn’t distracted America from pressing priorities in Asia, it’s once again looking to “the Quad.” The informal grouping brings together the US, Japan, India and Australia in an alliance of democracies with shared economic and security interests that span the Pacific and Indian Oceans.
[…]
When the leaders gathered for a summit in Tokyo last year, they announced a program aimed at curbing illegal fishing across the Indo-Pacific amid growing concern about the activities of Chinese vessels. That followed a virtual conference in 2021 — the first-ever gathering of the Quad leaders, which resulted in a pledge to fund India to accelerate production of Covid-19 vaccines and distribute them across Asia. The group wasn’t always this active. It lay dormant for years before being revived in 2017 by the US under then-President Donald Trump, whose government was intent on confronting China.
Add it all up and Biden lied… again.
Hey @CommunityNotes I'm not fan of Wikipedia but even the liberals know Joe didn't establish or reestablish the Quad.https://t.co/Gga1jQvRzs(QSD,by%20talks%20between%20member%20countries.

Naturally the usual suspects in the media did no “fact checks” on that.
He has no shame

ZERO shame. But perhaps Biden’s handlers told him that was the case and he just believed it.

Biden has definitely earned that title.
