Yesterday on the @JoeBiden Twitter account, whoever tweets on behalf of the president expressed excitement at the huge amount of spending that’s about to take place:
For decades, climate deniers blocked any meaningful progress in dealing with the climate crisis, but not this year. Thanks to the Inflation Reduction Act, we’re taking the most aggressive action to confront the climate crisis ever.
— Joe Biden (@JoeBiden) September 1, 2022
Nobody really thinks this is going to make these people finally shut up about “climate change” do they?
But in any case, the hundreds of billions of dollars that are going to be spent under the new law will mean somebody has to manage where that money goes, and when it comes to keeping close tabs on a huge pile of cash, who could we trust more than a longtime Clinton crony?
Breaking News: President Biden named John Podesta, who led the Obama White House on climate strategy, to oversee $370 billion in clean energy funds under a landmark new climate law. https://t.co/87o4ITOqwi

LOL. Hey, I’m not skeptical at all:
Oh, now I'm TOTALLY convinced this is all on the up-and-up. 🙄https://t.co/8bzabt5lJ1
— Doug Powers (@ThePowersThatBe) September 2, 2022
Well, maybe a little skeptical.
Hahahaha remember when Biden tried to argue they “rejected special interests” with this bill?
That could not have been a bigger lie. https://t.co/hwfGMw2yf0
— Matt Whitlock (@mattdizwhitlock) September 2, 2022
Yeah, it’s almost like that was all a big lie.
So this is basically just going to be a slush fund for far-left groups…. https://t.co/2CqxBgQWzE

I’ll be shocked if that does not turn out to be the case.
What could possibly go wrong with this (for you and me — for others things will go incredibly well):
President Biden will appoint John Podesta, a veteran Washington insider who spearheaded the Obama administration’s climate strategy, to oversee the federal investment of $370 billion in clean energy under a landmark new climate law.
As a senior adviser to Mr. Biden on clean energy innovation, Mr. Podesta will shape how the government disperses billions of dollars in tax credits and incentives to industries that are developing wind and solar energy, as well as to consumers who want to install solar panels, heat and cool their homes with electric heat pumps or buy electric vehicles.
In addition to his time in the Obama administration, Mr. Podesta, 73, served as chief of staff to President Bill Clinton and was chairman of Hillary Clinton’s unsuccessful campaign for president in 2016.
The same names just keep popping up over and over and over.
I hope they give him web-security training first, or there's gonna be $370 billion in a Nigerian bank account in a hurry. https://t.co/8PNIZZ3ERk

Or in the accounts of a bunch of lib cronies.
It's a big club and we ain't in it

That’s been clear for a long time.
I’m sure it’ll be fine……….. https://t.co/LBZJTMmg3I pic.twitter.com/B7PIi03CS7

Remember when this was called the “Inflation Reduction Act”? Now that it’s passed the media has dropped the BS and are calling the bill what it is while slapping Sen. Joe Manchin on the back for falling for it.

What was the name of that landmark law? https://t.co/iRAAhkjnRt
— Stephen L. Miller (@redsteeze) September 2, 2022
The only person who still refers to the law as the “Inflation Reduction Act” seems to be Biden, but maybe he hasn’t gotten the memo yet.
