Tuesday, as the applause from the Left and others who are anti-Trump rained down upon Cassidy Hutchinson for serving up some testimony to the January 6th Commission that has been refuted by a couple of Secret Service agents who were actually with Trump that day, “journalism” as we’ve come to know it was having another banner day:
Thank you, Cassidy Hutchinson

We’ve been told that “journalists don’t root for a side,” but every day we see many examples to disprove that.
However, ABC News’ Jonathan Karl felt the need today to explain his previous tweet and only made the hackery more obvious:
Where others have refused, Cassidy Hutchinson was willing, under oath, to tell the world what she witnessed at the White House during the extraordinary events of early January 2021. It is for that reason that I said, "Thank you."

Who wants to tell him?
Wait, you haven’t heard? Lmfao

The J6 committee members will appreciate Karl’s assistance in carrying this particular narrative on his shoulders.
The main thing reported about her testimony isn’t something she witnessed.
It’s something someone else told her. https://t.co/0PiE3ykOez

There's a few secret service agents who are more than willing also.
You gonna ask about that or nah? https://t.co/ianQjeOPF4

It doesn't have to BE true. It just has to FEEL true. https://t.co/E42MaQhwxW

Actual “journalists” would be trying to get interviews with the Secret Service agents refuting Hutchinson’s testimony, but that might risk ruining the talking points.
When journos wonder why America despises them, they should just look to this guy. https://t.co/faMVC9XLA5

Hearsay = “what she witnessed” is the kind of “journalism” we’ve come to expect these days.
