Macklemore Announces Free Palestine Tour After What Happened to Him From the Billionaire Class

As we reported last week, Sen. Bernie Sanders was butthurt once again over billionaires existing. As our own Gordon K reported, Macklemore was finally dropped from Ed Sheeran's tour. But it wasn't Sheeran who kicked Macklemore off of the tour because of his pro-Palestinian political screeds. It was the venue owners, in particular New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft, who said Macklemore wasn't welcome in his stadium. This had Sanders whining that "in the United States of America, billionaire stadium owners should not be able to silence artists because they speak out on political issues."

In what came together suspiciously quickly, Macklemore "and friends" have announced a Free Palestine tour, with the poster featuring the logos of at least 12 different activist organizations at the bottom. Macklemore says that what happened to him "is bigger than one artist or one stage" and, like Sanders, complained about "the billionaire class" deciding which voices are allowed on stage.

What happened to me is bigger than one artist or one stage. When the billionaire class can decide which voices are allowed on stage and which ones are too dangerous to hear, everyone should be paying attention.

The pro-Hamas machine really showed how quickly it can put something like this together. Sadly, Hamas sympathizers will probably endure Macklemore's music just so they can say they attended the Free Palestine tour. There are plenty of Islamists in Dublin, Paris, and London to fill seats.
