I wrote a VIP post recently asking if we really can't conflate the average Palestinian with Hamas. In late October, Vice President Kamala Harris told us "It is very important that there be no conflation between Hamas and the Palestinians." In the meantime, her stepdaughter had raised more than $7.8 million for the Palestinian Children’s Relief Fund, which we're sure Hamas will ensure gets to the kids.
On November 1, Harris and President Joe Biden unveiled "the country's first National Strategy to Counter Islamophobia," while roving mobs of Hamas sympathizers were hunting down Jews on college campuses.
Maybe I'm Islamophobic because I'm not taking Harris' words to heart. We haven't exactly seen Palestinian protests denouncing what Hamas did on October 7.
I work nights at Twitchy, but on my nights off I'll watch a movie on my iPad or just watch TV with my wife. I like to think that's normal — I don't feel compelled to join a march and carry a Palestinian flag through the streets.
And Palestinians … what do they do? Huge numbers (of men and boys only) turned out to see off the Israeli hostages who were being transferred by Hamas to the Red Cross. Why? Why the excitement?

Check it out:
Huge crowds of Gaza residents jeer at elderly Israeli hostages as they are transferred from Hamas to Red Cross vehicles before heading back to Israel.

Hamas continues to terrorize the hostages till their last moment of captivity, like it’s that scene from Game of Thrones. You know which one. pic.twitter.com/TpwcX0zpKo

Look at the size of that crowd lining the street. Do any of these people have jobs or hobbies?
What’s with the crowd? Are they all Hamas? Gazan bystanders?

We'd thought all of the residents of Gaza had evacuated to the south. And why are they all holding up iPhones to record this? How do they even charge their iPhones without electricity?
If I didn't know better I'd think they were all celebrating Hamas for managing to take hostages.
Oh, the death count has jumped to 20,000, by the way.
