It was June 18th when President Joe Biden, spending the weekend at his beach house in Delaware, went for a bike ride and managed to tip over right in the middle of a gaggle of reporters. Biden was unhurt, but liberals’ feelings were: suddenly Twitter exploded with videos of President Donald Trump being escorted down a ramp. It was only a couple of years earlier that CNN hall monitor Brian Stelter had used a clip of Biden riding a bike to refute Fox News’ and talk radio’s narrative about Biden’s cognitive state.
We’re just hearing about it now, but apparently, the #BidenBikeChallenge is a thing: you lie down at the same spot where Biden took a tumble and post the photo:
