Robert Francis O'Rourke goes full Beto, says Trump colluded with Russia 'beyond a shadow of a doubt'

To be honest, we’ve been waiting for the candidate who has asked his supporters to “shape him” into the candidate they want to actually take a solid policy stand on something. Beto O’Rourke almost always equivocates (as he did on third-trimester abortions), though he seemed pretty serious about taking down the existing sections of border wall if elected.

So good for him for being brave enough to stand up at this time and declare that he believes beyond a doubt that Donald Trump colluded with the Russians to steal the 2016 election from Hillary Clinton.

CNN reports:

Democratic presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke said Saturday that he believes “beyond the shadow of a doubt” President Donald Trump colluded with Russia to influence the 2016 election, stopping short of saying Trump should face impeachment proceedings.

“You have a president, who, in my opinion, beyond the shadow of a doubt, sought to — however ham-handedly — collude with the Russian government — a foreign power — to undermine and influence our elections,” O’Rourke said at a town hall in Charleston, South Carolina.

If it was done “ham-handedly,” wouldn’t Robert Mueller have found plenty of evidence of collusion?

True story. And we’ll have another election in 2020. O’Rourke might even make it past the primaries.

(Quickly skateboards away)
