You may or may not remember that as vice president to President Barack Obama, Joe Biden was put in charge of curing cancer. He obviously didn’t reach that goal during the Obama administration, but when running for president in 2020, he promised to cure not just cancer but also Alzheimer’s and diabetes if elected. In this year’s State of the Union address, he rallied Democrats and Republicans to get behind his effort to cure cancer. Just recently, he said wiping the oil slick off the car window was the reason he and so many others have cancer.

On Monday, Biden went into his creepy whisper when announcing that his administration was curing cancer, no joke. That’s Biden’s “tell” when he’s lying; he either says “No joke” or “You think I’m kidding.”
