Never mind what President Joe Biden has said over the last couple of days, including his remarkable claim that “the existence of a human life” is a question in “all basic mainstream religions.” We’d argue that Roman Catholicism is one of those basic mainstream religions, and they’ve got a very good idea as to when life begins … which means that “devout Catholic” Biden also believes the life of a child begins at conception, as he said that Roe v. Wade covers the decision to “abort a child.”

“The View” host Whoopi Goldberg has a really good point for those asking where Biden stands on abortion. He obviously doesn’t believe in it because he’s a Roman Catholic. However — and this is the important part — he realizes he’s the president of the entire United States, and he’s representing people from all basic mainstream religions, including those that consider abortion “sacred.”

Of course “The View” audience cheered that on, as though they really believed Biden “does not believe in abortion.” Sometimes he does, sometimes he doesn’t.

No, you will not.

So when Roe v. Wade is overturned, Biden is going to celebrate? He and Nancy Pelosi will have to tamp down their enthusiasm so as not to put off their pro-choice constituents.
