Vice President Kamala Harris appeared on Al Sharpton’s show on MSNBC in February to try to combat vaccine skepticism in communities of color. But what about white conservatives who have questions about the vaccine? As Jen Psaki announced Monday, the Biden-Harris administration said they’d be running PSAs on “Deadliest Catch” and were engaged with NASCAR to get the pro-vaccine message out. And CNN’s Jake Tapper tapped Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg to reach out to white evangelical Christians to let them know the vaccine might be part of God’s plan.
Now we’re hearing that President Biden is set to appear on NBC Sunday night with Dr. Anthony Fauci, the Obamas, and a slate of celebrity guests to inform and encourage those who have vaccination concerns.
Biden is set to appear alongside the Obamas, Charles Barkley, Shaq, Faith Hill, Jennifer Lopez, Lin-Manuel Miranda and Anthony Fauci in an NBC special meant to "to inform and encourage those who have vaccination concerns" on Sunday night.

If he wants to inform and encourage people to get vaccinated, he really ought to drop Fauci from that list.

Only one of those people has the real background to encourage anyone to do anything medically. But hey when has that stopped us? Nothing bad has ever come from celebrities pushing info they know nothing about. #listentoscience #ortheguyfromhamilton #ruhroh

Well, that team makes me feel better about the decision to yank J&J on sparse data.

I was all set to get the J&J vaccine this afternoon, just received an e-mail telling me my appointment is cancelled and that this vaccine will no longer be available per the CDC.

There’s one easy way to get people to take the vax. “Get the vax, ditch the mask”.

Yeah, the problem is that Shaq hasn't spoken up. Not the uneven rollout and convoluted signup systems.
