I've written extensively about how trans activism harms women and girls. The Biden administration essentially abolishing Title IX was the cherry on the top of the crap sundae that is trans activism. Women get erased (we're 'egg producers' or 'womb owners' or 'birthing persons'), our locker rooms are invaded, we lose titles and records and scholarships to boys pretending to be girls.
And now we're supposed to be happy about it:
Trans Runner Complains Biological Females Didn't Congratulate Him Enough After Getting Beat https://t.co/A6bIndfbP2

When the race kicked off, transgender track runner Veronica Garcia didn’t hear the boos raining down.
But they only got louder when Garcia became the leader of the Washington State 2A girls 400-meter run at the track and field championships in Tacoma, so loud that Garcia could no longer deny them. Garcia ended up winning, becoming the first transgender athlete in Washington high school sports to have a first place finish in state.
...
“I guess maybe I expected sportsmanship because I was cheering the rest of them on when they were called. So I guess I expected to get that reciprocated,” said Garcia, according to The Spokesman-Review. “But I didn’t get that.”
Get that, ladies?
Congratulate the boy who just beat you. Otherwise you're a bad sport.

Aren't we sick of this?
It's not enough to have our identities erased, reduced down to the basest of our anatomical features. It's not enough to have to change in front of fully intact males, or to have them oogle us as we change (with a visible erection), or to lose records and competitions and titles to men.
Now we have to praise them for it.
'Thank you, sir, may I have some more?'
Why would anyone congratulate him for beating girls?

Because we are now in a place where gender identity trumps everything, even women's rights.
I am old enough to remember when the patriarchy was the problem, when men were toxic and all of them were rapists (or potential rapists), and when women needed safe spaces and separate sports.
All of that is gone now. And all that was needed was a man to say he's a woman. And not only is he a woman, he's a better woman than a biological woman. The patriarchy is suddenly not the problem.
Garcia was also booed.
So maybe the tide is turning. That's not to say there won't be blowback -- girls who refused to compete against a boy were suspended from competition as punishment. But the consequences are worth what the ultimate outcome will be: beating back this ideology and crushing it.
Because it's clear tolerance is not enough: you must approve. Approve of being relegated to second-class citizens, congratulate the people who are taking away your opportunities.
And that's intolerable.
