On Friday, the Democrat Party went down in flames as the Virginia Supreme Court ruled that its recent ballot amendment to gerrymander the state’s congressional districts in its favor was unconstitutional. Oopsie! The meltdowns started immediately as Democrats realized their multi-million dollar scheme to steal U.S. House of Representatives seats was an embarrassing, colossal bust. The funny part is, they were warned that all this would happen months ago by a Republican. That Republican is former Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares. If only they had listened.

Then-Virginia AG Jason Miyares confirms he PERSONALLY drafted a legal opinion that Democrats' gerrymandering plan was unconstitutional LAST FALL"
This is an absolute HUMILIATING defeat for Abigail Spanberger and for these left-wing politicians in Richmond who tried to do this unconstitutional gerrymandering."
"Despite all the warnings, they spent $70 million deceiving voters and that's what they did."
"Last fall, I had issued an AG's opinion that said what they were attempting to do had so many procedural problems within it was blatantly unconstitutional. They decided to ignore it. They pushed through anyway!"
"They deceived voters. They never had the gerrymandered map on a single direct mail piece on their website anywhere."
"They tried to confuse Virginia voters, spent $70 plus million that they just evaporated on a matter that if they had just listened to me last fall, I would have told them this is not going to stand. I'm grateful for this win. This is really a win for the rule of law."
Here’s Miyares on Fox News, receipts follow. (WATCH)

Well, that’s a huge ‘I told you so!’
Posters say Democrats have had luck breaking election laws before, so they got cocky.

Democrat's did what they always do and assumed that the rules didn't pertain to them
Since the strategy of Democrats so often relies on action that violates convention, tradition and even actual law, they regularly charge ahead with a “damn the torpedoes” mentality. They also all too often are rewarded by getting away with such shenanigans.

They are convinced that judges will bow to political pressure and rule based on popular opinion and not the law.

Why? Because, in too many cases, that has been the case.
They believed if they made it chaotic enough, the early missteps would be ignored.

Grateful someone decided to uphold the U.S. Constitution and rule of law 🧑⚖️👨⚖️
Lovely outcome⚖️🙌
Well, a lovely outcome for Republican voters, Democrat opportunists, not so much.
Burning money is simply what Democrats always do, especially if they think it will benefit their party. Posters say this calls for some sarcastic shock.
That's so weird. Have the D's ever wasted taxpayer dollars, especially if it was illegal and/or unconstitutional, before? I'm shocked, I tell you. pic.twitter.com/1mokoXVvmh

Price is no object when Democrats are hustling to steal a few congressional seats. I’m grateful they lost.

We can hear Abigail Spanberger, the Wicked Witch of the East Coast, crying out now, ‘I’m melting! Melting! Oh, what a world! Who would’ve thought a good little court, like the Virginia Supreme Court, could destroy my beautiful electoral wickedness?’
