CNN’s Dana Bash did her best to get a straight answer on Zohran Mamdani from crooked Chuck Schumer. The Democrat senator refuses to endorse Democrat Socialist (aka communist) Mamdani for mayor of New York City. Governor Kathy Hochul has already given her approval to Mamdani, but Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries remain the two major New York Democrat holdouts.
Here’s Schumer on CNN. Check out his comical deflection. (WATCH)
Bash: Why won’t you endorse Mamdani?
— Western Lensman (@WesternLensman) September 21, 2025
Schumer: I’ll continue talking to him.
Bash: What’s the holdup?
Schumer: I'll continue talking to him.
Bash: Is it because it would damage chances of Dems retaking the Senate?
Schumer: I'll continue talking to him.

The last thing you see when you’re an undercooked hamburger.

Never trust a guy who can't grill a burger.
— Miranda Veracruz de la Jolla Cardinal 🍎🍏 (@MVdlJCardinal) September 21, 2025
Schumer would rather eat a raw burger with cheese on it than publicly endorse Mamdani.
Posters say they wish Schumer could be as decisive as President Donald Trump would be in this situation.
This is where Schumer is so weak.
— IT Guy (@ITGuy1959) September 21, 2025
Imagine Trump ever dodging a question like this - it would never happen.
Schumer needs to channel his inner Trump and just say, “He’s a nice guy with bad ideas that he needs to fix.”
I think Chuck likes his ideas, and privately tells Mamdani that.
— Western Lensman (@WesternLensman) September 21, 2025
He just can’t say so publicly because it’s horrible national politics.
Hakeem is doing this same dance.
Mamdani's communism plays well with mindless Democrats in NYC, but is a tough sell to voters across America. Is this the direction of the party?
Posters say they wouldn’t be surprised if Schumer doesn’t deliver a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ on Mamdani before the election.
No principles at all. The only thing they believe in is retaining power by all costs.
— MAZE (@mazemoore) September 21, 2025
Chuck is scared out of his mind to say what he really wants to say, which is he likes Mamdani and his policies. Yet he can’t say the opposite either, because that would undermine Mamdani.
— Western Lensman (@WesternLensman) September 21, 2025
So you get this absurd, weak ass deflection.
It's so transparent and they don't even care lmao.
— The Rogue Courant (@RogueCourant) September 21, 2025
Yep, not a care at all.
Posters say Schumer is afraid to say what he truly feels.
I think Chuck knows Mamdani isn't good for his party. He's just afraid to say it.
— Ellie A (@EllieGAnders) September 21, 2025
Chuck loves his policies, but knows they are bad national politics.
— Western Lensman (@WesternLensman) September 21, 2025
Schumer only cares about winning. He is not going to do anything that jeopardizes Democrats seizing back as much power as they can. Every word and every decision will be chosen with that strictly in mind.
