Recent developments don’t look great for the Obama administration, but even though he’s been out of office for a few years, he’s still got plenty of lapdogs willing to spit-shine his boots.
Take Vox’s Ian Millhiser, for example.
In light of all the “Obamagate” talk and now the revelations about the Obama administration officials who submitted unmasking requests for the identity of the person who turned out to be Michael Flynn, Millhiser thinks Obama could actually prove quite useful:
Seems like bringing Obama out of retirement to testify for 8 hours would be one giant infomercial for why we should have a Democrat in the White House.

Because Lord knows the Age of Obama was scandal-free.
Bless his heart. Just bless it.

I want to hear how many times he says "I don't recall."

Maybe Obama could stick around and abolish the Senate while he’s in town.
Obama was a disaster for the Democratic Party — his entire legacy is in shreds — and yet media types still talk about him as if he were a genius.

Wiped his party out, lost majorities in house, senate, and eventually the Supreme Court because he had to lie and pass a law that wiped out everyone's healthcare. And the Dems think everyone is stupid enough to fall for it again (maybe we will) https://t.co/kkSfgKCNJb
