As Twitchy told you, last night, NRA spokeswoman Dana Loesch weighed in on Donald Trump’s absurd comments regarding the Second Amendment and due process. “The NRA is also going to protect due process for innocent Americans, and that is an approach that we are going to hold to. Due process must be respected…it is a foundational principle of this country,” she said.
We’re having a hard time finding anything wrong with Loesch’s remarks. Good thing we’ve got Soledad O’Brien to pick up our slack:

And what, pray tell, is “so remarkably unintelligent”? Well, O’Brien never really followed up on that. It can’t be Loesch, because Loesch herself regularly demonstrates otherwise. So is it safe to assume that O’Brien finds arguments in defense of due process unintelligent?
