Earlier this year, former Minnesota Gov. Jesse Ventura announced his intent to pursue a bogus defamation lawsuit against Taya Kyle, widow of slain SEAL Chris Kyle, possibly as part of an effort to “clear his name” in advance of a 2016 presidential run. This past Thursday, a federal judge ruled that Ventura could indeed move forward with the suit.
