There's a particular kind of lawyer who can spend the week telling cameras her client is the real victim, then act shocked when a deleted post comes back to haunt her with shocking receipts.
Kate Lincoln-Goldfinch (a hyphen, of course), the Austin immigration attorney representing the Venezuelan man shot by ICE, is in DEEP after screenshots surfaced of a since-removed remark that appeared to mock Charlie Kirk's assassination.
She told Fox the post "could be misconstrued" and that the matter was "addressed internally."

Conservatives ripped the post as disqualifying for an attorney publicly challenging the federal government's account of the Austin shooting. Lincoln-Goldfinch told Fox News Digital the post "could be misconstrued" and was removed, adding that the matter was "addressed internally."
