He actually telegraphed the punchline. He told the room the next part might end his career. Then he did it anyway.

Someone should tell this NOT-scientist that morons have been comparing Trump to Hitler for decades. He's not brave, he's not saying something unique, and nobody cares enough about him to try and cancel his lame career.
This is the same guy who has spent years lecturing America that dissent is dangerous unless he’s the one doing the dissenting. He can stand in front of Clinton-world donors, invoke the most evil regime of the 20th century, and then act like the risky part was saying it out loud.

I am so tired of celebrities treating Godwin’s Law like a TED Talk. If every Republican victory is 1933, then words stop meaning anything, history gets flattened into a prop, and the only “science” left is the political kind: apply heat, skip the method, demand applause.
Will it end his career? Please. The man has been cashing residual relevance for a decade. The career that actually needed ending was the one where we let a kids’-show host set the terms of adult politics. Consider this my lab report: hypothesis rejected. The experiment failed. And no, I will not be keeping that in mind the way he wants.
