This is not a good look for Biden/Harris and their crap Bidenomics. What, did they think if they gave it some cutesie name people would stop noticing their money doesn't go very far anymore?
Seeing this from CNN we can only assume even THEY realize it's pointless to gaslight OR someone, somewhere in the DNC has given them the go-ahead to start dragging Biden and even Harris because they want to run someone else next year.
