Uh-oh.
Kamala Harris is onto the Republicans. She figured out they know and understand the Constitution and finally put together a case to prove what most Americans have known all along … that Obamacare is unconstitutional.
It’s also a complete dumpster fire of FAIL but calling it unconstitutional makes a repeal far more likely than our colorful descriptor.
Look at this complete BS:
Make no mistake: Republicans are responsible for the Affordable Care Act being declared unconstitutional by a Texas judge. 19 GOP Attorneys General and Trump’s White House support the lawsuit. Now tens of millions of people’s health care is at-risk. That’s the truth.

Notice she skirts the reality of the law being unconstitutional and goes right to the ‘it was all a plot’ conspiracy BS. And maybe this broad missed it, but tens of millions of Americans already lost their health insurance thanks to this unconstitutional crap.
Also, notice she calls it health care and not health insurance.
Democrats. *eye roll*
Technically, the Constitution is responsible. https://t.co/lyly5llDFZ

Thank God for the Constitution.
I think you mean the constitution is responsible. Glad to know you consider it a Republican document

The truth is that a horrible law, that hurt more people than it helped is thankfully put out of its misery

If you’re as stupid as Kamala believes you are, you’re getting exactly what you deserve

Kamala and all Democrats, yup.
Health care is not at risk. Plenty of care out there.

Bingo.
Yay for the Republicans! Now they can get the government out of the health insurance business. Obamacare nearly destroyed the healthcare industry and YOU were all in. Shameful!

Yay

No. It’s not.

Make no mistake; tens of millions of people will now not have to pay for someone else’s healthcare while not being able to afford care for themselves or their family. Damn right the @GOP own this!
