The ever-quotable Sen. John Kennedy of Louisiana on former vice president and presumed presidential candidate Joe Biden’s behavior around women.
He said on CNN that he does not buy Biden’s “generational” line and says his behavior is unnatural and weird.

In a different interview with CBS, Kennedy said Biden was entitled to due process but reinforced the point about his creepiness.
