Karine Jean-Pierre channels 'The West Wing' and Biden's (secret?) plan to fight inflation

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre had another awful briefing today, including claims that the economy is “stronger economically than we have been in history.” Literally. That’s what she said. Watch for yourself:

She also said it’s good that gas prices are coming down, calling it “a cool down, if you will.” Well, that’s one way to spin the soon-to-be-declared recession:

Inflation has run ahead of wage growth ever since Congress passed Biden's "American Rescue Plan" last March, delivering a pay-cut to nearly every American.
