It's looking very likely that Kamala Harris might try to run for her party's nomination, except this time it would be more of an uphill battle because she'd actually have to win some votes in primaries instead of just being anointed as the candidate.
As for Harris' influence in the midterms, so far it's safe to assume that a Kamala endorsement of other Democrats in 2026 isn't exactly a hot commodity:

The significance of the passage of time seems to have lowered Harris' political stock value instead of increasing it.
However, Harris has still "got it" when it comes to swiping ideas and lines from Donald Trump.
