Earlier this month, President Trump delivered a primetime address on election security during which he discussed declassified documents showing how China meddled in the 2020 election.
At least three "news" networks decided not to air the speech live.
President Donald Trump said TV networks that did not feature live coverage of his primetime address on election security should have their broadcast licenses revoked.
CNN, ABC and NBC opted against live coverage of the speech in which Trump claimed China illegally accessed millions of voter files as part of a broader effort to manipulate U.S. elections in 2018 and 2020.
CNN in particular claimed that the reason Trump's address wouldn't be shown live was because it was likely to be a pitch for the SAVE America Act and contain misinformation about U.S. elections.
The irony is thick indeed.
CNN: We can't air Trump's address. There might be misinformation.

Also CNN every single day for over two years... pic.twitter.com/Gj5CbRCHVi
Earlier today I mentioned this doozy from Drew Holden.
Step 1: “Voter fraud doesn’t happen,” CNN

Step 2: “Fine, voter fraud happened,” CNN
Step 3: “Voter fraud happening doesn’t mean what you think it means,” CNN pic.twitter.com/aqLjjhqzYj
CNN shouldn't be so predictable.
Here's an additional example via @mazemoore.
2018. Jake Tapper calls Trump a liar for claiming that his campaign was spied on.

Trump was right. Tapper was wrong.
This is CNN. pic.twitter.com/v5vFjCMBBk
Below are three real CNN headlines just months apart. How's this one for the evolution of CNN's spin?
March 2017: Trump's baseless wiretap claim.
September 2017: Trump just flat-out lied about Trump Tower wiretapping.
December 2017: U.S. government wiretapped former Trump campaign chairman.
CNN collides with itself so often they should install airbags in the building. Now we're supposed to believe that they're trustworthy arbiters of what constitutes "misinformation"? Hilarious.
