Just a couple of days ago the 60 Minutes account on X tweeted out a promotion for a segment that was at the time scheduled to air last night.
60 Minutes deleted the post but the promo is still floating around out there. The story is about men from Venezuela who were in the U.S. illegally who were, according to the planned story, deported to a prison in El Salvador:
○ Un grupo de venezolanos pensó que sería deportado desde Estados Unidos de vuelta a su país. Pero terminó en el CECOT, la temida cárcel de máxima seguridad en El Salvador, donde fueron esposados y expuestos ante las cámaras. Este domingo, dos de ellos relatan en 60 Minutes lo… pic.twitter.com/wpEruiHfUB

At some point between the time I posted the first story about this, 60 Minutes decided to delay the segment, at least for a little while:

"Journalists" have been triggered ever since Bari Weiss took over at the helm of CBS News, and this was no different:
Here is Sharyn Alfonsi’s email to her ‘60 Minutes’ colleagues in full: pic.twitter.com/ilGoSROQEs

Guy Benson has more on this particular triggered "journalist":

The journo who is trying to embarrass her boss and posture as some sort of whistleblower here is a woman named Sharyn Alfonsi. If that name rings a bell, maybe it’s because of this agenda-driven, biased, shoddy work: https://t.co/HCysPjviFd https://t.co/r5UdJ6C0NO

What it looks like to me is that somebody higher up at CBS News decided that it would be best to get the other side of the story, which is an egregious "journalism" violation to the lib press.
Seems reasonable to get both sides of the story. I'll hold my opinion on this one. https://t.co/NBHIIixWPJ

The way journos are responding to 60 Minutes shelving the above story nearly made me spit coffee all over my computer:
"60 Minutes" just suffered a severe blow to its credibility. One of its own correspondents fears the program is being "dismantled," and some employees are threatening to quit: https://t.co/wz1Oo0Xr9l

Now THAT'S hilarious.
60 Minutes' (and CBS News) "credibility" sank long ago, and it was a self-inflicted torpedoing.
I’d say CBS suffered a sever blow to their credibility when they were caught red-handed editing the interviews to make Democrats appear more credible. But that’s just me, Tater.

Weiss seems reluctant to have to pay another settle for intentional editing and bias.
You’ve already forgotten the REAL BLOW to their credibility already happened? pic.twitter.com/5odEtewhx7

Safe to say “credibility” was erased from 60 minutes when they edited the Kamala interview.https://t.co/nae9Y286ZT

Heck, you can trace the destruction of CBS News' "credibility" back at least 25 years:
60 Minutes credibility has been suffering for decades. Just ask Dan Rather.

This is an unserious post from an unserious journalist who doesn’t care about standards and is so lazy he hasn’t (won’t) do the research to see if @bariweiss has a point in holding the publication of the… https://t.co/Lqt80fZu5k
The problem is that the pro-Dem propagandists who call themselves journalists have no idea what actual journalism is, which is why they're so offended when they see it unfolding. The 60 Minutes reporter insisted the story was factual, which is a common defense when the issue is that only half the story was deemed worthy of reporting. I can't be positive but I suspect that's why this story was delayed and lib journos are angry.
