Yesterday after the arrest of Judge Hannah Dugan was announced, the fast shift in Democrat focus called for a meme:

Yes indeed, the Democrats have found yet another reason to make their "no one is above the law" takes to age horribly, and it happened after Judge Dugan was arrested for trying to protect this illegal from ICE. A "model citizen" as Joe Biden would call him. This is from Attorney General Pam Bondi:
“This guy was in court being prosecuted by a state prosecutor for domestic violence battery. He had beat up two people, a guy and a girl, beat the guy, hit the guy 30 times, knocked him to the ground, choked him, beat up a woman so badly, they both had to go to the hospital.”
The victims “were sitting in the courtroom with the state prosecutor, the judge learns that ICE was outside to get the guy because he had been deported in 2013, came back in our country, commits these crimes and is charged with committing these crimes. Victims are in court, the judge finds out” ICE is there to arrest him, “she goes out in the hallway, screams at the immigration officers, she's furious, visibly shaken upset, sends them off to talk to the chief judge. She comes back in the courtroom, takes the defendant and the defense attorney back in her chambers, takes them out the private exit and tells them to leave, while a state prosecutor and victims of domestic violence are sitting in the court room.”
The judge is accused of helping this guy evade immigration authorities while the victims' families were in the courtroom, and you already know whose side the Democrats are on.
Naturally Dem Sen. Chris Van Hollen has found another hero in the judge who tried to help that person avoid ICE:

Attorney General Bondi threatening judges she claims are not cooperating with Trump immigration policies and saying “we will come after you and we will prosecute you. We will find you.”
"Not cooperating with Trump immigration policies" = Refusing to enforce federal immigration laws. That's "fascism" to the Democrats.

Somebody should tell Van Hollen that Judge Dugan tried to help a January 6th defendent escape and he'll want her sent to Gitmo.

If Van Hollen were to be honest his answer to that would be "if they're Left-wing activists, yes." For Democrats like Van Hollen, the "fascism" call is coming from inside the house and is 100 percent grade A projection.

Even CNN's legal analyst agrees with that. The Democrats choose the most ridiculous political hills to die on. But at least Van Hollen might get another margarita out of the deal during his inevitable visit with Judge Dugan and the violent illegal alien she was trying to help hide.
