Yesterday President Biden went to the border on a trip that was only announced after the news broke that Donald Trump would also be visiting the border (what leadership!). The two ended up being in Texas on the same day.
The optic on Biden's part was one of a strong leader taking charge. Wait, no it wasn't:

More proof that the president who's sharp and full of vim and vigor only exists behind closed doors. Biden looked like an octogenarian retiree at The Villages looking for an ice cream truck.
What's even more embarrassing and pathetic is now that the border issue has imploded on Biden, they're trying to blame Trump:

As Townhall's Guy Benson pointed out, at least the Biden WH can rely on the media to help run cover for a mess this administration intentionally created on day one wiping away the measures that were keeping for border more secure:

It’s surreal that they’re blaming somebody who hasn’t held political office for over three years for something that happened because of Biden’s day-one actions and there are so many people dumb enough to buy it.
There are two reasons and two reasons only for why the border has been successfully overrun: "Joe" and "Biden."
Before taking office, Biden instructed people to "immediately surge to the border" because it would be open under his administration:

This is without a doubt the worst, most disastrous presidency in decades and decades, if not in all of U.S. history. The negative effects will be felt for a long time.
